    The hotel was enchanting. Thoroughly enjoyed the garden view from our twin room. Reasonable location of the property to the ferry terminal for Gulangyu. Close to the hill, shops, and seafood restaurants.

    The hotel's location is excellent - just around the corner from the Botanical Gardens and within walking distance to the sea shore. It is also close to bus stops and very easy to catch a taxi from the main road. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a wide range of options from around the world.

    I loved the location of the hotel - it was close to the local sites and walking distance to restaurants. The bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The staff was really helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome the whole time. Transportation was easy with a bus stop just around the corner and taxis available on the main road.

    The breakfast had a lot of types of foods that we liked. The location was convenient because we could easily find a taxi and shops nearby. We also appreciated the hotel's free Wi-Fi.

    The construction site was very unpleasant. The noise kept us up at night which was a major inconvenience.

    Our Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! We loved the comfortable and well-maintained rooms, and the friendly staff who made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The location was perfect - close to the main shopping area and bus stops, making it easy to get around.

    One thing that could have been better was the lack of English-speaking staff. It was a bit difficult to communicate, but they did their best to understand us.

    The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop just outside, providing easy access to the ferry terminal for Gulangyu and the Zhongshan Road area. the spacious clean rooms come with plenty of storage space and a comfortable working area. the breakfast is plentiful with a wide variety of options. the friendly staff is a definite advantage and the on-site rail ticketing office saves time.

    The hotel lacks a pool to relax and unwind after a busy day of work or sightseeing.

    I had a great stay at the well-renovated City Hotel. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the Botanical Gardens and a short walk to the Zhongshan Road area. I loved exploring the alley nearby with its dumpy little restaurants serving delicious local food. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
